Deluxe Double Room featured a solid bed that offered a really comfortable night's sleep. The TV room downstairs had a cozy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The room lacked tea or coffee-making facilities, which made me wish I came better prepared. no shampoo in the bathroom—just hand soap, so expect to bring your own toiletries. The two separate water taps took some getting used to for finding an optimal temperature. A couple of house cats in the kitchen might bother those with allergies, which was a letdown considering the breakfast options. the facilities could use a bit more in-room comfort.

At Banoge House, I appreciated John's warm hospitality and the delicious breakfasts, particularly the local Ulster fry. The charming vintage decor created a unique atmosphere, though some areas, like the dated rooms, could use an update for a smoother stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic bath that made relaxation easy. Breakfast was excellent, offering just the right portion sizes for a satisfying start to the day. While the location was convenient for local attractions, it lacked some on-site dining options that could enhance the experience. the character and charm of the property made for a memorable stay.

Our stay in the beautiful Victorian mansion was absolutely delightful. The room was comfortable, and the gorgeous gardens provided a lovely backdrop for relaxation. John, our host, went above and beyond, sharing local insights and serving a delicious Ulster fry that really set us up for the day. I would have preferred a shower facility in our room, but overall, it was a memorable experience.

Absolutely adored the charming old-fashioned decor and comfy bed! John, the owner, was a delightful character. The place felt like a home away from home, and it was such a peaceful getaway.

I almost pinned my hair while trying to use the shower. Locking the bathroom didn’t stop John from playing this mysterious game of hide-and-seek—awkward!

It was just a good match for a holiday in Donaghcloney with great value for the money. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just needed to bring some supplies. Remember to pack your own tea and coffee supplies.

We stayed for just a night and it was fantastic! John was super friendly and shared awesome stories with us. The gardens were beautiful, and we loved eating outside! Worth mentioning though, the shower could use a bit more water pressure. Definitely our best stay during this trip!

We had an amazing stay, with joint highlights being the delicious Ulster fry breakfast prepared by our host and the charming, antique-laden atmosphere of our room. The beautiful gardens were perfect for morning strolls, adding to the overall tranquil experience. John went above and beyond to accommodate us, even adding a personal touch to our breakfast that made us feel truly cared for. Our only minor issue was the water temperature in the shower, which could be tricky to adjust.

Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, freshly cooked at a large table in the kitchen using local produce. we did face some inconvenience with the shower setup, as there was only a handheld option in a large roll-top bath. Despite that, we appreciated the spacious and grand bedroom that felt like a step back in time.
